Send to the right people

Email companies that have a reason to hear from you. Do not send to people who asked you to stop.

Always give an opt-out

Every email needs a clear way to say stop. Remove anyone who asks right away.

Be honest

  • Use your real name and address.
  • Write a true subject line.
  • Say who you are.

Follow the law

Know the rules where you and your recipients live. Examples include CAN-SPAM, GDPR and the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

What happens if you break the rules

We can pause or close your account.
